Background: Cesarean scar ectopic pregnancies are a rare form of extrauterine pregnancies, yet their incidence has increased along with the rise in number cesarean deliveries. As other pose greater risk for maternal hemorrhage and ultimately mortality. Case presentation: We present series clinical cases pregnancy diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasonography. Each patient received an individualized treatment: rate success depended on particular condition each case. Due to low frequency this entity, there no clear protocols its treatment thus numerous options follow-up: expectant management, medical therapy, surgical intervention, uterine artery embolization or combined approach. method different levels is dependent surgeon’s skill presentation. A ultrasound necessary obtain fine details gestation sac relation must be followed meticulous abdominal scan full bladder. Conclusion: Herein, we pathological phenomenon whose rise, which flow Doppler provide high diagnostic accuracy. Early diagnosis offers that may help avoid rupture bleeding, preserving uterus future fertility.
